Z-Score training with the IFEN-Pro-Z protocol
In a Z-Score training up to 1000 single Scores are measured simultaneously. These include all frequencies, amplitude, coherence, phase and asymmetry Scores up to deeper structures the Brodmann areas.
All these Scores are subject to natural dynamics and therefore stay more or less within the normal range.
The Z-Score training means, however, that everything outside the norm is trained in the direction of the norm. Only never at the same time!
The Z-Score training measures every single Score, but cannot include everyone in the training at the same time.
This basically means that the central nervous system can decide for itself in which order and intensity something is trained. It always does so measured by what is possible and necessary to stimulate self-regulation. So the feedback is always a snapshot of what is happening in the brain right now. Are there more or less Scores that are just within the norm?
So the brain always gets the information it can process at the moment. Our IFEN Pro-Z software helps the brain to find and train a more optimal selection of the Scores that deviate most from the norm by means of an intelligently controlled pre-sorting. It always provides only those Scores for selection who’s processing currently has the highest priority.
Within this data set, there is nevertheless a large degree of freedom that allows the brain to make its own decisions as to which Scores should be given more priority and which less.
Thus, the Z-Score method is a highly individual process, which gently, but still with a clear direction, helps the brain to achieve more neuroplasticity and thus optimized self-regulation.
