IFEN's Multimedia-Player is a state-of-the-art tool designed for Neurofeedback. It comes equipped with many features to ensure an optimal Neurofeedback experience.
The player has various modulation modes, such as Zoom, which adjusts the size of the image depending on the achievement of certain criteria. This feature provides an intuitive way to measure progress during a session. The player also offers a Stop and Go feature where the film only runs as long as the set criteria are met. In addition, there's a tone modulation feature that adjusts the volume based on whether the threshold criteria are met1.
The effects can be individually adjusted, allowing you to control the transitions, i.e., how fast or slow the modulation is, according to your preferences.
An interesting feature of the IFEN Multimedia-Player is its compatibility with different video formats. Videos can be directly played from the hard drive of your computer1. It also supports video streaming from platforms like YouTube, Amazon Prime, and others. This gives users an almost infinite selection of engaging videos suitable for their Neurofeedback sessions1.
The player also allows users to choose their own backgrounds, offering choices between a cinema, classroom, living room, and conference room. These options provide effective ways to make the training more intense and individualized.
Coupled with our IFEN Advanced Dimmer, the player can use various audio files for Neurofeedback or Biofeedback. The dimming option is available in the multimedia player, but only through videos, such as music videos. If you want to play MP3 files, we recommend using the IFEN-Dimmer, which allows for the use of overlay techniques and can dim any screen content1.
In terms of compatibility, the IFEN Multimedia-Player works well with Brain-Avatar from Brainmaster Techn. Inc. and Neuroguide from Applied Neurosciences Inc1.
Please note that the Alpha-Theta program in the Brainmaster software cannot be used in the IFEN Multimedia-Player. This requires a separate passkey, which is available through the Brainmaster Multimedia-Player1.
