The IFEN Flicker tool can be used to create flicker effects for targeted stimulation via the eyes. All frequencies from 1 to 50 Hz can be set. The tool also allows to flicker several parts of the screen content with different frequencies and colors.
This tool is for purely experimental purposes for research and testing.
