SCPs (Slow Cortical Potentials) are electrically measurable properties of the EEG, which can be recognized by small shifts in brain activity. They are responsible for regulating the level of arousal and are thus suitable for self-regulation training.
SCP-neurofeedback training is a standardized neurofeedback protocol with high clinical effectiveness in the treatment of ADHD and other indications. Unlike frequency band neurofeedback settings, SCP neurofeedback has no contraindications.
