We have an 80% refund policy that will apply for 6 months from the date of purchase if our devices don't help you. This only applies to direct purchases from Vielight or Neurofeedback Partner GmbH. We are an authorized global Vielight reseller. Refunds must be requested through the point of sale.
If you shop online outside the European Union, you have to expect additional costs. This includes import duties such as taxes and customs, but also fees for the parcel service. Many online shoppers do not count these costs and are surprised when supposed bargains become more expensive than expected.
Our products are also guaranteed for 12 months. If the product is defective, we will replace the product during the warranty period.
Please note that we do not refund intranasal applicators that were purchased as separate items.
Please note that we do not support Vielight devices sold on Amazon, eBay and other similar online marketplaces. These devices can be stolen or counterfeit.
Beware of counterfeit / imitation Vielight devices sold online, they are illegal. Original Vielight devices bear the "Vielight" logo. If you are unsure whether a device is original or from an authorized source, please contact us.
