Special about it is the play of colors and the movements of the Yoga Master and the surrounding elements. It is calming and immersive at the same time and is suitable for all types of neurofeedback.
The Yoga Master suits especially well to Z-values, SCP-, ISF-, SMR- and Alpha-training.

As the VR headset, we recommend the Oculus Quest 2.
